Special shoutout to the friendly staff who made our visit smooth, and the riverside views from the room were breathtaking. Traveling with a little baby, the spacious family room was immensely comfortable.
In my wife’s opinion, a children's play area would be great.

During my stay, I faced several inconveniences that left me disappointed. the hotel did not provide any water in the room, requiring me to constantly ask the reception for it, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I noticed a lack of essential amenities like a coffee machine and proper bathroom kits, which are typically expected in a four-star hotel. Lastly, the spa bath in my room was not functioning, adding to my overall dissatisfaction.

I stayed in a Standard Single Room for 2 nights. The room was small but cozy, with low ceilings on the top floor. It felt very compact but had a nice view of the neighboring rooftops and the cathedral. The bed was comfy, and everything was clean and modern inside. It was just a bit tight, but I loved the decor and the vibe once I got settled in.
